It has been a LONG time since I have picked up a paintbrush. Today I was in the mood so decided to paint a picture of Farrah our Airstream. It was fun to get back to this kind of art. It is especially nice when the house is quiet and I have a good chunk of alone time to just dabble.

I am glad to be back! Somehow computer issues stopped the blogging then life got in the way. So much has gone on since January so I will just jump right in. I guess a good place to start would be to introduce one of the new members of our family. Her name is Farrah and she is a 1974 Airstream Landyacht. To say I like her would be an understatement. She is my new baby. I like to decorate her, wash her, and best of all go CaMpInG in her!!! We have been on four camping trips so far and look forward to many more! This summer we also added two more members to our family. Axel and Clyde are our cute and crazy kittens. They have added lots of fun and laughter to our home. I will be posting some pictures of them later. Believe me, there are no shortage of pictures of these two!!! Along with Farrah and the kittens, we went on several short trips and enjoyed the easy going summer schedule. Now, it is back to school and for me that means back to sewing. I am enjoying creating lots of totes and will be showing them at a craft fair in Aptos, CA on November 5th.
