I just came in from painting the owl banner. I am trying something new this time by using glow-in-the-dark paint (Rust-Oleum brand) that I got at Ace Hardware. I outlined the owl and the words and filled in the moon with the glow-in-the-dark paint. Will it *glow* tonight??? I will report back in the morning…
